Together, let's journey alongside the moon.
In each moon cycle, on one of the three days leading up to the new moon, we will gather together to process, celebrate and release the previous cycle, and to create and share our new moon intentions.
Do you sometimes feel like months pass by without you changing anything despite your big dreams, hopes, wishes and ideas, without you making progress, and sometimes without you even noticing or realizing - you look up and another month has gone by? This is why I started journeying alongside the moon.
When I began to journey alongside the moon with my writing, I had no idea where to start. Some of the information I found was way too in depth for me or had concepts I wasn't interested in working with. I wanted to be able to keep it super simple. I wanted to look up each night to see the phase the moon was in and use her journey toward fullness and emptying as a guide for my own life.
Once I began journeying and writing alongside the moon, it didn't take long to recognize that writing over a period of several cycles allowed me to look back and see the patterns, connections and revelations - what my writing was trying to show me that I didn't want to forget and that I wanted to integrate in my life as I continued to expand into my life experience in the new moon cycle.
As we journey together, you will be guided to:
✤ review, celebrate and release the previous moon cycle
and
✤ renew and replenish for the upcoming moon cycle
Once you've created and shared your New Moon Intentions during circle, you will receive emails with prompts and reminders at four times during the course of the moon cycle - as you wax and wane alongside the moon, as your energy grows, comes to a crescendo and then settles in a beautiful, natural way - honoring your own rhythm and aided by the visual cue of the moon.
We really do have the most perfect accountability buddy right there in the night sky to look up to and remind us:
✤ to pay attention to our lives as we're journeying through the phases of waxing, waning, fullness and rest
✤ to be intentional about where we would like to be, how we would like to be and the choices we make
✤ to consistently show up for ourselves in the most powerful way as we co-create our lives
Because you are writing as you journey alongside the moon, questions come up
and because they come up, answers come and you are able to become un-stuck from stuff that has been holding you back, possibly for a very long time.
We look back so that we can move forward with far greater clarity and intentionality.
This process feels empowering and encouraging, as you have this sense of being in places you’ve never been before on your personal growth journey, as you realize you have so much more power over your life experience than you may ever have realized. What a wonderful, deep-breath feeling of freedom!
In these circles, we will
✤ hold space for each other
✤ feel seen and heard
✤ clarify what we really think, what we really want, and who we really are
✤ create a strong sense of intentionality about creating our own life experience in the upcoming moon cycle.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Is this group therapy?
Although one participant called these circles, "the best group therapy ever," this is not therapy, and I am not a therapist, I am a writing guide. I believe that you are your own best therapist and that your writing can assist you in your healing. It is important to know that this type of writing is powerful and can bring up a lot of stuff quickly. You will be most successful if you have been on the journey of self-discovery for a while now and are familiar enough with the ebbs and flows that you know how to keep yourself safe or how to get support if needed.
Q. Will I have to read out loud what I’ve written.
You will never feel forced to read your writing if it doesn’t feel good to you, but my guess is that when it’s time for you to share, you will be eager to do so. The sharing is one of the best parts of our time together and is a powerful part of why these writing circles are so beneficial and wonderful! We will be holding space for each other, listening deeply, and honoring and respecting ourselves and each other and creating a safe space for each of us to feel truly seen and heard.
Q. Will there be instruction on what makes a good piece of writing?
I will guide the process using prompts and assorted writing styles, but this is not a creative writing experience nor will there be instruction on fiction or non-fiction writing. This writing is all about self-inquiry and discovery, going deeply into learning more about who we are and what we need in order to live our best experiences of life.
Q. How will these circles take place?
In the days leading up to our circle, I will email a Zoom link to you. Please allow for between 90 and 120 minutes in your schedule.
